1. Overview
At GhostShell, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. This policy applies to all Products purchased directly through our website at ghostshell.shop.
2. EU Consumer Withdrawal Right
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the Products.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by email to info@ghostshell.shop with a clear statement. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days from the day we receive the returned Products.
3. GhostShell 30-Day Return Policy
In addition to your statutory EU rights, GhostShell voluntarily extends the return window to 30 days from the date of delivery. This means you have up to 30 days to request a return if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason.
To be eligible for a return under this policy:
- The item must be in the same condition as received.
- All original tags, labels, and protective packaging must be intact.
- CE armor inserts must be present and undamaged.
- The item must not show signs of wear, use, washing, or alteration.
4. Safety Gear Return Conditions
Because GhostShell Products are classified as personal protective equipment (PPE), we apply additional hygiene and safety conditions to returns:
- Products that have been worn, washed, or used on the road cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
- CE armor inserts that have been removed from their protective sleeves may not be eligible for a full refund if damage is suspected.
- Items with removed or damaged hygiene seals (if applicable) may be refused.
We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before approving a refund. Items that do not meet return conditions may be sent back to you at your expense.
5. How to Return an Item
Step 1 — Contact Us: Send an email to info@ghostshell.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 business hours with return instructions.
Step 2 — Prepare Your Package: Place the item(s) in the original packaging where possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or order number inside the package.
Step 3 — Ship the Return: Ship the package to the return address provided in our email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as GhostShell cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.

6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The timing of the refund appearing in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
Shipping costs:
- If you received free shipping on your original order and the return causes the order value to fall below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- For defective or incorrectly shipped items, GhostShell will cover the return shipping cost.
7. Exchanges
We currently process exchanges as returns followed by a new order. If you need a different size, please return the original item following the process above, then place a new order for the correct size at ghostshell.shop.
This ensures the fastest delivery of your replacement item. If the exchanged item is the same product in a different size and you contact us before returning, we may waive the new-order requirement at our discretion.
8. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@ghostshell.shop with photos and your order number. We will:
- Replace the item at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full refund including original and return shipping costs.
Claims for defective products must be made within 30 days of delivery. Beyond this period, manufacturing defects may be covered under warranty at our discretion.
9. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
- Products that show signs of wear, use, washing, or road use
- CE armor inserts that have been damaged or altered
