3. Scope of Services

GhostShell designs, manufactures, and sells premium armored motorcycle hoodies and related protective riding gear. All Products are intended for motorcycle riders seeking certified protection without compromising style. We ship throughout the European Union and select international destinations.

4. Product Information & CE Certification

All GhostShell hoodies featuring CE certification comply with the EN 1621-1:2012 and/or EN 1621-2:2014 European standards for motorcycle protective equipment, where applicable. CE Level 2 armor provides the highest level of impact protection available under these standards.

Important: GhostShell products are designed to reduce the risk of injury in the event of a motorcycle accident. However, no protective gear can prevent all injuries. GhostShell armor and Kevlar lining do not make the wearer invulnerable. Riders must exercise caution, obey traffic laws, and ride responsibly at all times.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications on the Site are provided in good faith. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to manufacturing processes or screen display settings.

5. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that all information provided is accurate and complete.

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT for EU customers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless free shipping applies (orders over EUR 150 within the EU).

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully received and authorized.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing or description, or suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination:

• Lithuania: 1–3 business days
• EU Member States: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–14 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the Products to the carrier.

7. Risk Acknowledgment

Motorcycle riding is an inherently dangerous activity. By purchasing and using GhostShell Products, you acknowledge and accept that:

• No protective garment can guarantee safety or prevent injury in all circumstances.
• CE certification indicates tested protection levels under laboratory conditions; real-world outcomes may vary.
• GhostShell Products must be used as intended and must fit properly to provide optimal protection.
• Damaged, modified, or improperly maintained armor may not perform to certified standards.

GhostShell shall not be liable for any injuries sustained while using our Products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the GhostShell Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, product designs, and software — is the property of GhostShell or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GhostShell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or purchase of Products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited under EU or Lithuanian law.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the applicable regulations of the European Union. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Lithuania.

EU consumers retain the rights afforded to them under EU consumer protection legislation regardless of these Terms.
